Affectionately known as “The Little French Church,” the Church of St. Louis, King of France has been an integral part of downtown St. Paul for more than 125 years. Renowned for its remarkable organ, beautiful artwork and welcoming community, the parish is one of the national parishes established by Archbishop John Ireland to serve specific immigrant groups. Founded in 1868 to serve the French-speaking citizens of St. Paul, it was entrusted to the pastoral care of the Society of Mary (Marists) in 1886.
Situated in downtown, it offers a daily Mass schedule that accommodates both those who work and those who live downtown.
