Mark Sedio

Biography
Mark Sedio is Director of Music at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis and also serves on the music staff at Luther Seminary in Saint Paul. From 1984-2000 he was Cantor at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. He has also served churches in Bloomington (Minnesota), Davenport and Iowa City (Iowa) and has been a part of the music faculty at Gustavus Adolphus College.
Mr. Sedio received a Bachelor of Arts degree in music education from Augsburg College (Minneapolis), a Master of Arts degree in choral conducting and literature from the University of Iowa (Iowa City), and has also studied in the Master of Divinity program at Luther Seminary. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Arts in Liturgical Studies at St. John's University, Collegeville.
He is an active recitalist, clinician, conductor and composer. He has presented hymn festivals and recitals around the United States and Europe. Over 100 of his compositions for choir, organ, piano, solo voice and instrument ensembles are published by AMSI, Augsburg Fortress Publishers, Abingdon Press, Choristers Guild, Concordia Publishing House, MorningStar Music Publishers, and Selah Music Publishers. His hymns and psalm settings have been included in several denominational hymnals and hymnal supplements. Other publications include articles on liturgy and church music, multi-cultural music and worship aids, children in worship, vacation Bible school curricula and multi-cultural music.
A charter member of the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, Sedio served on the organization's founding board and was elected its first Director for Ecclesiastical Concerns. He has also held positions in the Twin Cities Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and is active in the American Composers Forum and the Hymn Society of the United States and Canada.
Bill Chouinard
St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Mahtomedi, MN

Biography
Bill Chouinard is Organist and Music Coordinator at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, a position he has held for over 17 years. Mr. Chouinard, whose past organ teachers include Dean Billmeyer, Kim Kasling, and Edward Berryman, serves as organist for religious conventions, frequently is a workshop presenter on service playing and improvisation techniques, and has played for numerous hymn festivals, most recently for the annual conference of The Hymn Society in The United States and Canada. He has appeared several times on live national radio broadcasts on the St. Paul Fitzgerald's Wurlitzer theatre organ and has performed on the public radio program "Pipedreams". Mr. Chouinard's credits also include performing with the Minnesota Orchestra, playing on compact disc recordings on both organ and harpsichord, and touring as a guest organ soloist with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.
In addition to keyboard duties, Mr. Chouinard is a very active freelance bassist in the Twin Cities, performing frequently both live and in studio with many album credits for both electric and upright bass. Bill resides in White Bear Lake with his wife and three children.
