From the West (Minneapolis):

Interstate-94 east to St. Paul. Take 10th Street and Marion Avenue Exit. Follow 10th Street to Cedar Street. Turn right (south) on Cedar. You will see The Church Of Saint Louis on the corner of 10th and Cedar on your left.

From the East:

Interstate-94 east to St. Paul. Take 10th Street and Marion Avenue Exit. Follow 10th street to Cedar Street. Turn left (south) on Cedar. You will see The Church Of Saint Louis on the corner of 10th and Cedar on your left.

From the South:

Interstate-35E north to St. Paul. Take 11th Street and State Capital Exit. Follow 11th to Cedar Street. Turn right (south) on Cedar and go 2 blocks to 10th and Cedar. The Church of Saint Louis is on your left (east).

From the North:

Interstate-35E South to 10th Street and Wacouta Street Exit. Follow Wacouta to 10th Street and turn right (west). Proceed to Cedar Street. The Church of Saint Louis is on your left.
